WRG hires Healthcare Communications Director as part of growth strategy in the healthcare sector

Leading communications agency WRG has hired David Sawyer as Healthcare Communications Director – a role designed to develop and expand its already extensive presence in the pharmaceutical sector.
With a number of high profile pharmaceutical clients including AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Smith & Nephew and Boehringer Ingleheim, the appointment of a Healthcare Communications Director is a key part of WRG’s growth strategy.

David joins the WRG team from Complete HealthVizion where he was Head of Commercial Development. He brings with him a wealth of expertise and experience from a variety of commercial roles in the pharmaceutical industry for companies including Servier, MSD and AstraZeneca.

In his new role at WRG, David will be focused on developing creative, impactful campaigns, thought leadership engagement programmes and effective communication strategies, enabling pharmaceutical clients to educate and inform healthcare professionals.
