Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Mr. Antony Box as Director of Sales & Marketing for Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong.  
Bringing more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience across China and Asia, Mr. Box has held senior management positions at a number of reputable hotel companies, including The Westin Bund Center Shanghai, Hyatt on the Bund and Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort.He joins us from The Westin Resort Macau where he was Director of Sales & Marketing and Regional Director of Business Development.

Italy Golf & More, the first pan-Italian international promotional project for golf, is ready to hit the ground running in 2017 as it builds on a momentous last 12 months which saw Italy establish itself as one of Europe’s top golf destinations.
Following a successful launch last year which helped boost golf visitor numbers by 20 per cent, the enterprising initiative will continue to showcase Italy’s extensive golf offering to selected European markets by attending a number of high-profile golf trade shows and tournaments.

Abu Dhabi ranked among fastest-growing destinations in the world

Abu Dhabi hosts more than 4 million guests in the first 11 months of 2016

Abu Dhabi has been ranked among the fastest-growing destinations in the world, and the fastest-growing destination in the Middle East, in a new report by financial services giant Mastercard.   
The Global Cities Index Report recognised the UAE capital’s compound annual growth rate of 19.81% in overnight visitors between 2009 and 2016, which places the emirate in third place alongside major upcoming destinations such as Osaka in Japan and Chengdu in China, and above established hubs such as Tokyo, Riyadh and Taipei in Taiwan.
