10-11 Carlton House Terrace is the home of the British Academy. Originally constructed during the late 1820s and early 1830s in a Roman-classical styled by celebrated British architect John Nash. The elegant building combines a prominent view of St. James’s Park with the light, high-ceilinged rooms synonymous with Nash’s signature style.
