Rocco Forte Hotels launches ‘Rocco Forte Events’ at IMEX Frankfurt

Rocco Forte Hotels, the family of ten hotels across Europe, has announced a newly developed offering for meetings, conferences, events, and incentives - ‘Rocco Forte Events’.  Creating a consistent offering across the hotels, the group is launching Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. Each of these will be personalised and tailored to clients’ individual requirements with tiered benefits for meeting planners, as well as unique offerings for delegates throughout their stay. The new offering will be available for bookings from the 1st July 2015.

With four generations of expertise and eighteen years of experience, the family run company understand exactly how to deliver every type of event from large scale conferences and executive meetings to show-stopping launches. For true expert attention, the Rocco Forte Hotels events team are split into their own specialist areas covering executive meetings, incentives, car and product launches and road shows.

Fresh, seasonal and local produce is at the heart of the Rocco Forte philosophy and this is central to the new offering with newly developed menus using high-quality and fresh ingredients to encourage productivity and boost energy levels. Groups can choose from a range of options across four menu types including “Rocco Forte Health” with whole, organic, nutrient-filled ingredients, “Rocco Forte Classics” created by the renowned Italian Chef, Fulvio Pierangelini,  “Regional Recipes”, based on the local delicacies and ingredients  or “Restaurant Line”, with recipes from the hotel’s individual inhouse restaurant, whether a Michelin starred offering like Number One at The Balmoral, or the seasonal varieties of trendy Hix Mayfair.

All dietary needs are catered for and meals can be enhanced with live cooking demonstrations or other creative formats such as fun, picnic-basket lunches.

Even the basics have been enhanced, with meeting set-ups including freshly squeezed juices, seasonal fruits, nuts and a selection of high-quality teas, as well as bespoke herbal teas made with orange and lemon slices, freshly cut ginger, or mint leaves straight from the plant.

As a company with Italian heritage, coffee is important. Coffee breaks have been re-imagined with delegates able to indulge in authentic Italian coffee. For Gold and Platinum packages, coffee baristas are on hand to make a range of coffees at break times and after lunch, including cappuccinos and lattes made to order whether skinny, soy, frothy or frilly!

The Platinum package is all about rewarding high-fliers and treating delegates to a unique experience. A ‘Farewell Party’ on the final night of their stay will hosted in a presidential suite with unlimited Champagne and private photographer.

Inventive and unique team building activities are on offer at many of the properties. Brown’s Hotel offers an interactive Treasure Hunt across London where delegates search for clues and source ingredients for their dinner at Borough Market.  At The Charles Hotel in Munich, delegates can ride with Bavarian Rikschas and then enjoy a trip on the Isar river on a private float. At all hotels, groups can enjoy culinary team bonding activities such as cooking with the chef, chocolate-making and cocktail classes.

In addition, meeting planners are promised complimentary accommodation for site visits, simple contracts and cancellation policies and responses to your deadlines. The hotel teams are committed to making the process easy and enjoyable and assure a dedicated point of contact throughout.
