With over 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Mark has a wealth of experience within leading UK hotels and restaurants, including Head Chef positions at the 5* Macdonald Randolph Hotel in Oxford, the 2 AA Rosette The Leconfield Restaurant in Chichester, the 2 AA Rosette The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford and the AA Rosette Casa Hotel in Farnborough.

La Belle Époque, which serves gourmet French cuisine with an Asian twist, is the only 3 AA rosette winning restaurant in Hounslow. With warmly-lit booths, charcoal leather banquette seating and rich plum-coloured fabrics, the restaurant’s bold decor provides a contrasting atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of Heathrow Airport. The restaurant also boasts two private dining options: the Chef’s Table which can accommodate 10 guests and the Salon Privé accommodating up to 20 guests.
