The properties, managed by the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, were recognised by the only meetings accreditation programme driven solely by the voice of the customer, following their strong VenueVerdict scores throughout 2016.
The hotels to have achieved BDRC Gold Standard Accreditations over the course of 2016 are DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre, Holiday Inn London – Brentford Lock, Holiday Inn London – Camden Lock and Holiday Inn London – Kensington Forum.
One property – Crowne Plaza Reading – was highly commended and DoubleTree by Hilton Dundee also received a commendation.
John Stuart, Chief Operating Officer for RBH, said: “After receiving a host of BDRC accreditations last year, we’re delighted to see this trend has continued and our teams’ hard work and commitment to providing outstanding service and facilities for meetings and events clients has once again paid off.”
“Due to the awards be being based on feedback from our meeting and events guests, I know the teams feel especially proud of these accreditations.”
BDRC Continental is the UK’s largest independent research consultancy and BDRC VenueVerdict accreditations are based entirely on genuine, verified customer feedback, reflecting the cream of the nation’s meetings providers.
