Bespoke Hotels has announced that it has reached an agreement to represent The Kings Head Hotel in Cirencester, the stylish former coaching inn located in the heart of the town’s bustling Market Place. Having reopened its doors in late 2014 following a substantial refurbishment, the day to day operations of The Kings Head will be overseen by Bespoke Hotels, with a view to building on the success achieved since the property’s relaunch.

Boasting 45 spacious bedrooms alongside a subterranean spa, extensive conference facilities and an elegant dining space, The Kings Head combines contemporary style within authentically historic surroundings. The property’s rich history dates back as far as the fourteenth century, and has played host to everyone from the High Sheriff of Gloucester to gangs of Parliamentarians during the English Civil War.

“The opportunity to work with such a storied and elegant property is an extremely exciting one”, commented Haydn Fentum, CEO of Bespoke Hotels. “The property is rich in both history and potential, so we are eager to get our teeth into further establishing it as one of the foremost destinations in The Cotswolds.”

“We are pleased to have reached an agreement with Bespoke Hotels to oversee operations at The Kings Head”, added hotel owner Mark Booth. “I am confident they will embrace the challenge of taking the property to the next level and building on the hard work put in up to this point.”
