Marlin Apartments launches dedicated agent line to accommodate increase in agent enquiries

BMarlin Apartments, the leading serviced apartment provider in the UK announces the introduction of a new agent phone line and the expansion of its agent division.

In response to a noticeable increase in enquiries received from serviced apartment agencies and TMCs, Marlin Apartments has taken the step to launch a dedicated agent line.

The new line, introduced on 27th September, is designed to assist Marlin’s existing agent division to handle relevant enquiries effectively as well as reducing call waiting time. Over the past year, Marlin has seen a continuous expansion of its agent division, which is currently led by Kerrie Hamilton, the company’s Key Client Account and Group Manager.

“With our agent department in place, agents can be reassured that they can always rely on someone with an established knowledge of their requirements at Marlin,” Susan Cully, Managing Director of Marlin Apartments said.

“The high volume of calls we receive from agents have spoken loudly of our business need to introduce the new line. Agents will directly benefit from the addition of the dedicated number, and whilst this enables our reservations team to deal with other enquiries in a more centralised way, we believe this will result in more positive customer experience.”
