Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa in Bagshot, Surrey, has announced the re-opening of The Brasserie restaurant following an exciting refurbishment to give it a fresh new look and menu.
The Brasserie is the hotel’s more informal day-to-day dining offer, and is the perfect counterpart to the fine dining experience at Pennyhill Park’s, Matt Worswick at The Latymer.

The refurbished restaurant offers a contemporary, interactive dining experience for guests and gives the Pennyhill Park team the opportunity to be more flexible and innovative with service. Three new interactive cooking stations offer fresh food that change throughout the day, including a selection of artisan breads and pastries during breakfast, fresh salads and starters at lunchtime and a large selection of handmade desserts and continental cheeses available during both lunch and dinner.  

To reflect the properties signature colour, soft blue and neutral tones are present throughout the restaurant. Table heights and shapes vary to provide a comfortable social environment for dining; materials include a combination of black steel & weathered solid timber. Seating in the restaurant comprises of upholstered high stools and carves. Lighting in the restaurant is soft, with cream pendant lights, made up of elegant china petals.
