Explore the tea plantations at Cameron Highlands Resort
Moving away from the coast and deep into the luscious vegetation of mainland Malaysia, meander up to Cameron Highlands, a magical destination filled with tea plantations and mystery. Chef Ann rules the roost at this award-winning property and takes guests to the local markets (exotic fruit and fish galore) to pick their ingredients before making their way back to Tanjong Jara Resort to prepare a local lunch at Di Atas Sungei (Malay for ‘Above The River’). Nelayan (meaning Fisherman) offers guests unforgettable seafood themed dishes which focuses on sustainable fishing practices and the freshest ingredients.
