SACO achieves industry accreditations with ASAP  

SACO The Serviced Apartment Company has received recognition, both as a Quality Accredited Serviced Apartment Operator and as an Agent, from ASAP (the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers).  
These accreditations are an external validation that demonstrate and measure SACO’s high level of commitment both throughout its global partner supply chain, and across its 800 operated UK apartments.

ASAP, the independent not-for-profit trade association for the serviced apartment industry, has assessed the service SACO provides across three broad criteria of health & safety, guest experience and quality, with specific attention on apartment comfort and the bed in particular, as well as housekeeping and cleanliness.  

SACO was praised for its consistent level of customer service, safety, apartment maintenance and quality and comfort throughout its operated apartments. It was also credited for demonstrating a strong drive for health and safety standards in its 191 partner locations with clear and honest descriptions.  

The assessment visit takes place each year to ensure ASAP’s requirements are met and they have judged SACO as meeting their exacting standards.  

James Foice, CEO of the ASAP, comments: “I am delighted to confirm that SACO, one of the first of our members to support our quality accreditation programme when it was introduced 2 years ago, has now been quality accredited as an Operator. SACO is constantly looking to improve the quality of service provided to its customers and, in 2015, launched the beapartofit campaign to involve guests and clients in shaping the future of the business – from what’s important to have in the apartments, to how to book and the most suitable locations.
