Cancun’s first property under the Hyatt Ziva all-inclusive brand has opened after the former Dreams Cancun resort underwent an $85 million renovation and expansion. It becomes the group’s second all-inclusive hotel in the popular Mexican destination after the Hyatt Zilara Cancun started welcoming guests in November 2013.

Situated on the most beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a stunning beachfront property with 545 rooms, all of which have ocean views. The resort boasts 14 restaurants and bars, a spa with 13 treatment rooms, and 11,000 square feet of meeting space.

The hotel seeks to offer a village-like atmosphere that includes three cascading infinity pools, lush gardens and a stylish beach pavilion. Here visitors can indulge in an incredible range of entertainment and activities including live theatre, tequila tastings, sailing and an interactive Dolphin Encounter that is specially designed to support ocean preservation.

Hyatt Ziva is an ideal option for those seeking the perfect family break with plenty on offer to keep the little ones entertained. The onsite KidZ Club is supervised by highly trained professionals and includes an awesome water play area, a kid’s tree house, arts and crafts activities and an arcade featuring all the latest video games.

All-inclusive guests can enjoy an excellent range of benefits including unlimited beer, wine and cocktails; 24 hour in room dinning, access to a state-of-the art fitness centre and free Wi-Fi throughout. For those that opt for a Hyatt Ziva Club Room, additional benefits include a personalised butler service, a VIP in room refreshment centre, free international calls and access to the exclusive Club Level Lounge which features premium drinks and appetisers.

Cancun presently enjoys a 93% occupancy rate across its 32,000 rooms in 173 hotels. To meet an expected significant increase in tourism demand, a further 30 properties consisting of more than 10,000 rooms are expected to open in the next five years.
