TripAdvisor give Citadines London properties the seal of approval

Four Citadines apart’hotels in London have been awarded with a Certificate of Excellence by review site TripAdvisor. The Citadines Trafalgar Square, which now ranks in the top 250 hotels in London on TripAdvisor, and the Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden, Citadines South Kensington and Citadines St Marks all received the accolade. In addition, The Cavendish London, which is also owned by Ascott’s apart’hotel chain, received a nod from the review website. These awards are based on consistently good customer reviews over the year.

Overall, Citadines achieved 16 Certificates of Excellence in Europe, including properties in Germany, France, Spain, Belgium and Georgia. Three of Citadines’ European properties also won Travellers Choice awards, including recently opened luxury serviced residence Citadines Suites Louvre in Paris, which made the top 25 luxury hotels in France.

Rebecca Hollants Van Loocke, country manager UK for The Ascott Limited, said: “This is a special achievement for Citadines because it’s based entirely on the what our customers think. To be awarded with a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, you have to be rated four stars or more on the TripAdvisor site. We’re very happy to say that our London apart’hotel properties offer our guests great quality in terms of comfort, facilities and customer service”.

TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence is now in its fifth year of recognising establishments that continually earn great TripAdvisor reviews, celebrating great hospitality across the world.
