Hyatt ASPAC celebrates long-term supporters with a seasonal appreciation dinner

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong was proud to be selected as host to Hyatt ASPAC’s annual Hyatt Appreciation Dinner at the Pool House on 10 March 2015, honoring the continuous support of its MICE and corporate clients across the ASPAC region. With a strong attendance of 80 guests, the affair featured a “Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter” theme to excite and reward, where guests were lavishly immersed into a visual and delectable journey through the changing seasons.

The evening presented a cornucopia of colliding colors that enthralled guests in an irresistible feast of stimulation. From the lemon yellow tulips to the fiery red sunflowers, the blush pink hydrangea to the snowy white orchards, the décor was matched by a carefully curated menu featuring premium tuna belly encased in a lush Spring garden salad; Summer barbeque grilled lobster and Atlantic scallops; roasted veal tenderloin and cheek blanquette topped with autumnal mushrooms and black truffle sauce; and a 62% Satilia molten chocolate pudding paired with a snowy Piermont hazelnut ice cream to end.   

With an unparalleled track record of organizing the Group’s Appreciation Dinners annually for over a decade, Mr Andrew Wong, Vice President of Global Sales, Asia Pacific commented: “As an organizer of Hyatt Appreciation Dinners in different ASPAC cities year after year, innovation, precise planning and seamless execution are critical.
