On 22 and 23 April 2015, George Mavrogiannopoulos and Yiannis Vlasiou acclaimed Chefs from The Romanos Resort will join Pascal Proyart, Executive Chef at The Park Tower Knightsbridge’s One-O-One restaurant to stage two high profile events at the award-winning restaurant to highlight gastronomic co-creations and bring to light the gastronomy, culture and guest experiences shared by the two Luxury Collection properties.  

Widely regarded as the best fish restaurant in London, One-O-One will host the leading events for industry VIPs with interactive food demonstrations using Navarino Icons – the gourmet produce range by Costa Navarino, which is also available in Harrods and Marks & Spencer in London.  Following the launch events, a taste of The Romanos Resort will remain in London for a limited time only, with a signature dish Grouper with Bottarga Crust (featuring wild greens from “Taygetus” mountain and extra virgin Messinian olive oil) by George Mavrogiannopoulos to be added to the menu and available for the public to savour.
