Forte Village, Sardinia launches two Michelin star authentic Italian ‘Trattoria’ as part of new gourmet restaurant offering

New for summer 2015, Forte Village launches new authentic Italian restaurant ‘La Trattoria Italiana’, headed by two Michelin starred Chef Emanuele Scarello, with gastronomic Italian dishes available to guests in a beautiful setting with stunning sea views.

In addition, ‘Spice for Life’, a new healthy gourmet restaurant by Michelin starred chef Alfons Schuhbeck, will offer guests innovative spice based dishes based on the German Chef’s revolutionary approach to cuisine using herbs and spices. Medically proven to raise energy levels, aid digestion and speed up metabolism, the menus will also be available at the new Acquaforte Spa, and from various restaurants across the resort to encompass all three meals of the day, adding to the exceptional range of cuisine already on offer at Forte Village.
