Positive results were not just financial as the brand won internationally recognised awards, including the Grand Prix 2014 at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards.  An important focus remains on the development of employees and quality of leadership. With the launch of My One, a social intranet platform designed exclusively for Motel One and their employees, communication and team spirit has been encouraged and developed amongst all hotels.
