Taj Hotels in London launch new 'Hotel India' packages

Those inspired by the luxury and hospitality served up at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai – as seen in the recent Hotel India series on BBC Two – can indulge in that same Taj service closer to home. In honour of the recent documentary, which is to repeat again on Wednesday 1 October at 00:50 (01:20 in Scotland), Taj 51 Buckingham Gate, Suites and Residences and St. James’ Court, A Taj Hotel, have launched a series of new Hotel India offers, available until the end of the year.

Flavours of Mumbai: Bombay Blazer Cocktail (2-for-1 offer)
Cocktail fans can enjoy a taste of India as the iconic ‘Bombay Blazer’ from the Taj Mahal Palace is making a guest appearance on The Hampton’s Bar menu at St. James' Court at an introductory price of £19.50. The cocktail draws inspiration from all things Bombay - from its fiery heat in the summers to its cool, dry winters, as well as the city’s love for seasonal fruits to the cornucopia of herbs, spices and aromas. The complex drink blends the botanics of TANQUERAY No.10 Gin and the sweet nectar of fresh tropical fruit.

All through 2014, residents and non-house guests alike can enjoy a two-for-one offer on this new cocktail. To qualify, follow the twitter accounts @Taj51BG and @SJCtaj, or ‘Like’ the hotels on Facebook and show your post to the Bar Manager, sharing your social media handle and tagging #HotelIndia.

Where to Wed: Hotel India inspired bridal packages
