The Hotel Collection grows MEET offering

The Hotel Collection (formerly Puma Hotels Collection) has announced a range of new initiatives to its MEET programme for those looking to book a conference, meeting or event at any of the 21 hotels in the company’s portfolio. New schemes include a ‘saints and sinners’ food and beverage offering and ‘all you can MEET’ inclusive offers. These join existing initiatives such as organiser benefits and 24 hour delegate rates.

The Hotel Collection boasts 21 hotels across the UK, all with a distinctive identity and individual character. The Collection offers 220 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from two to 650, from a converted church at The Shrigley Hall Hotel to a working observatory at The Stirling Highland Hotel, historic cellars at the The Old Ship Hotel in Brighton or a new purpose built training suite at The Daventry Court Hotel.

Event organisers can rest assured that they are protected by The Hotel Collection’s six guarantees which ensures every event is run with professionalism, punctuality, honesty, enthusiasm, flexibility and with a focus on providing high quality service.  Organisers can also take advantage of a number of benefits, such as cash rewards from £150-£2,000 based on the total value of the bookings, a free room upgrade and a choice of two added extras, including complimentary dry cleaning, event photography or transfers to train stations.

Organisers with autumn events can also take advantage of special delegate rates,  perfect for events of 10 people or more. Day rates start from as little as £38 per person, with 24 hour rates from £145. For ease of budgeting  ‘all you can meet’ rates are all-inclusive packages that start from just £275 per day are also available at nine hotels in the portfolio, offering meeting space for up to 15 delegates, morning and afternoon snacks, LCD projector and flipchart as well as a personal event manager all for one all-inclusive price.

Over and above its standard tea and coffee breaks, The Hotel Collection has also created new ‘saints and sinners’ menu add-on options  providing organisers  the opportunity to upgrade their breaks to healthy options such as smoothies, salads and coconut water, or more indulgent choices such as pastries, cheese platters and cookies. The new menus not only provide something surprising at each break, it also helps cater for the different requirements of delegates.
