Hyatt Hotels recognised as one of the best workplaces in Europe

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts has announced that the Hyatt hotels in Europe have been named by the Great Places to Work® Institute as the 25th best ‘Multinational Workplace’ in Europe for 2014.
The recognition is in addition to a growing list of workplace awards which Hyatt hotels have received in the past year.   Hyatt hotels were ranked the 7th ‘Best Large Workplace’ in the UK last month, and Hyatt hotels were also named one of the ‘Top 15 Companies to Work For in the UAE’ earlier this year and featured in its ‘Best Employers’ lists in the USA, France and Germany.

“I’m immensely proud of our achievements across Europe this year and it is a privilege to receive this award. It reflects how our people-focused culture, and the care we show to everyone in the Hyatt family, offers our associates a more fulfilling career,” said Peter Fulton, group president – EAME and Southwest Asia.

“We encourage our associates to be innovative in every aspect of their work, and provide autonomy to our individual hotels and their staff. This helps our associates’ personality shine through and ultimately offers guests a better experience. This is why Hyatt hotels have always been a great place to work”.

The award is given in recognition of workplaces which have featured in at least three Great Places to Work® lists in Europe within the past year. To be featured on these lists, detailed and confidential surveys of associates and management board members were carried out, revealing the workplaces in which colleagues have complete trust in one another and where employees take pride in, and enjoy, the work they do.
