Kallima Spa relaunches with a new health club and spa concept

This month Kallima Spa at Hilton London Syon Park relaunches with a brand new concept and name, becoming Kallima Club and Spa.  Working in collaboration with [comfortzone] and introducing a team of experts, the Kallima Club and Spa will incorporate relaxation, fitness and nutritional advice, providing a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Just a stone’s throw away from central London, Kallima Club and Spa is located within the peaceful surroundings of the Syon Estate, part of the Duchy of Northumberland. It is the perfect urban retreat for both visitors and hotel guests looking for all-day indulgence, as well as health club members embarking on a longer-term journey to fitness and wellness.

The new Kallima Club and Spa will connect  three ‘Pillars of Wellness’ – fitness, nutrition and relaxation. Therapists and trainers will create bespoke Kallima journeys tailoring them to individual preferences and desires. At each step, personalised touches ensure that visitors are guided down a clear pathway to reach their individual goals, be it relaxation, fitness or overall improvement of their health.

Whether it is enjoying a dip in the serene 15m swimming pool, taking time out in the traditional sauna and steam room or undergoing one of the signature packages like a [comforttouch] massage, the Kallima Club and Spa encourages visitors to embrace a more tranquil lifestyle.

Offering 11 treatment rooms, Vichy shower, and a carefully designed relaxation area, ‘The Snug’, the spa is designed to offer a sensual journey from start to finish. Every detail of the journey is personalised, right down to the carefully selected incense that accompanies guests throughout their Kallima journey from locker to treatment room. These scents are also available to purchase, meaning that spa-goers can continue their personal Kallima experience in the privacy of their home.

A team of expert trainers will be on hand to create tailored exercise programmes based on the ‘Personalised fitness for life’ concept. As well as bespoke gym guidance, the dedicated trainers will introduce circuit training sessions, distance and uphill running clubs, and military style boot camps in the extensive hotel grounds to help guests reach their fitness goals. The team will also offer personal one to one training sessions that start at £35 an hour.

A delicious ‘spa menu’ designed by Executive Chef Paula O’Neill will also be introduced to compliment physical exercise programmes and revitalising spa experiences. Based on the popular bento box concept, these will present a selection of healthy and nutritionally balanced dishes, inspired from cuisines from each corner of the globe. The Kallima Club and Spa are also launching a range of fat free smoothies that will offer half of your ‘Five a Day’.

Individual Day Spa Treatments start at £50, but for those interested in long-term wellness, membership at Kallima Club and Spa will start from £69 per month, based on a 12-month membership. This includes full use of the facilities, 15% off spa treatments and 15% off food and drinks at Hilton London Syon Park’s restaurants – The Capability and The Clubhouse.
