Taking into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by users on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period, the Certificate of Excellence recognises accommodations, eateries and attractions around the globe that consistently deliver excellent customer service.
To qualify, businesses listed on TripAdvisor must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five on the website.
Marlin Aldgate and Limehouse are amongst the 25% winners from the accommodation industry to have received the prestigious certification this year. This has also marked the fifth consecutive year where the two properties are recognised by the award for their outstanding performance.
