Punctuality, service upgrades and smooth transfer reliability were all factors in favour of Finnair being given the honour by readers, which include industry professionals, of TTG Asia, TTG China, TTG India, TTGmice, TTGassociations, TTG-BTmice China and TTG Asia Luxury.

Finnair is the European launch customer of the Airbus A350 XWB, which will enter service beginning in the second half of 2015 and raise the bar for passenger comfort, operational efficiency and environmental performance. The first destinations to be served by Finnair’s A350s – 11 of which are on firm order with options for 8 more – will be Bangkok, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
Other product improvements recently announced include refreshed Signature Menus in Business Class with new creations by top Finnish chefs, a renewed inflight entertainment system with more movies, TV shows and digital magazines and newspapers, and a forthcoming mobile application that will act as a personal concierge throughout the customer journey.
