HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center
Revitalization and expansion program has commenced: new congress center to open in 2021

The construction works at HUNGEXPO Budapest has now symbolically kickstarted with the laying ceremony of the foundation stone of the new congress centre. The city’s largest exhibition and multifunctional event complex is getting a €170m refurbishment project co-funded by the government and GL events by 2021. As part of the expansion, two new exhibition halls, a new reception building, and a congress center will be built.

The UK’s largest arts centre offers a range of spaces for events and has a carefully selected list of suppliers to work across all three buildings on a 17-acre central London site. S howcasing fantastic views across London, the buildings at Southbank Centre - Royal Festival Hall, Hayward Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room - offer clients an iconic brutalist backdrop of the South Bank cultural quarter.
