Avis Budget UK signs exclusive deal with The NEC Group

Avis Budget UK has signed a multi-year deal to become the official car and van rental partner of The NEC Group within the UK.  
The joint venture brings together the leading global provider of vehicle rental services and the UK’s largest venue operator, with locations such as The NEC, The ICC, The Barclaycard Arena, The VOX Conference Centre and The Genting Arena. 

Avis Budget UK will operate a Meet and Greet service for both Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental from the National Exhibition Centre, supported by its existing Birmingham Airport operation, with a longer-term strategy to create and open a new store on the NEC site. In addition to this, the NEC Group will use Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental for all corporate vehicle rentals.  

Avis Budget UK will also be the exclusive car rental provider to The Ticket Factory – The NEC Group’s official ticketing agent website.

Through the new partnership, customers of Avis, Budget and all NEC Group UK locations, plus The Ticket Factory, will have access to exclusive experiences, promotions, VIP hospitality and special offers at the venues and car hire locations.
