Bella Center Copenhagen, busier and better than ever

Copenhagen underlines its position as a top-tier conference destination with an unprecedented number of international events in 2016. New and improved facilities paired with a unique team-based client service, makes Bella Center Copenhagen an ever-growing favorite among meeting planners.

One of the more profiled conferences to take place in Copenhagen next year is Women Deliver, the world’s largest global conference on the health, rights and wellbeing of girls. More than 5,000 guests are anticipated to take part in the conference in May. Another 18,000 participants will meet in Copenhagen during ESMO – the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in October.

Other notable conferences and events booked in Copenhagen include EAN Congress of the European Academy of Neurology, EHA Meeting of the European Hematology Association, WONCA Europe, FENS Forum, ESPEN Congress, ESCRS and the premier European edition of Money 20/20.

“We are extremely proud to welcome so many prominent events to Copenhagen next year,” says Lise Sparre Milandt, Director of Congress & Events Sales. “Furthermore, the variety of events that now meet in Copenhagen is an affirmation of our ambition to offer an extremely flexible venue.”

As the size and number of conferences and events in Copenhagen only appear to go up, Bella Center Copenhagen has continued to strengthen its team-based project management service. This trusted service enables seamless planning and execution of even the largest of events.

Since taking over Bella Center Copenhagen, BC Hospitality Group (BCHG) has made massive, multi-million Dollar investments in the venue. Among the comprehensive upgrades are brand new lobby and lounge facilities, catering outlets in Scandinavian design, new digital indoor/outdoor signage, truss lighting systems as well as modern welcome and registration booths.

Other recent BCHG investments include the nearby Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and downtown luxury property Copenhagen Marriott. With the integrated 800+ room AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, organizers now have special access to no less than 1,580 rooms.
