Flexible options for Pegasus flights to/from Turkey booked before 16 July 2016

Pegasus Airlines flights in and out of Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport are operating fully after reopening on Saturday 16 July 2016.   
All flights booked before or on 15 July 2015 for up to and including 24 July are subject to free reservation cancellation and changes. Please see further details below.  
Following the incident that took place in Turkey on 15 July 2016, guests who have Pegasus Airlines tickets issued before or on 15 July 2016 on all Domestic/International/Transit flights, arriving to or departing from Turkey between 16 July 2016 and 24 July 2016 can be cancelled or amended free of charge, provided that these requests are submitted before 15 August 2016.

Change Requests:
For flights between 16 and 24 July 2016  
a) Flights can be rebooked free of charge on the same route to fly before or on 31 August 2016  
b) Flights dates cannot be changed to dates after 1 September 2016. If guests wish to take their flight after 1 September 2016, they’ll be given a refund without penalty (an involuntary refund) and can make a new booking.

Refund requests:
For flights between 16 and 24 July 2016  
a) Unused tickets: full refunds will be made free of charge
b) For partially used tickets: in cases where the planned trip has not been fully completed; the cost of the unused flight will be fully refunded free of charge.  

In case of no-show:
Guests who have tickets booked for flights between 16 and 24 July 2016 and request a date change after the departure of their original flight(s); are permitted to change their flight to another date on the same route free of charge until 31 August 2016, provided that these requests are submitted before 15 August 2016.
