Your Service Centre Gatwick enhances business travel

Your Service Centre Gatwick in partnership with Skybreak, recently launched its Summer of Care campaign alongside the opening of its newly refurbished centre. Although the campaign was originally introduced as a summer initiative, the services involved will continue to be available and enhanced all year through.

The campaign highlights and emphasises the facilities available at the Gatwick Service Centre that ultimately improve and better passengers travelling experiences. The centre's customers include a large percentage of business travellers and therefore has advanced its services on offer to these people to make their airport experience that little bit easier.

Lecia Taylor, Services, Sales and Standards Director at SkyBreak said: “At Your Service Centre Gatwick we are delighted to see that our summer of care campaign has already improved and advanced many travellers’s airport experience and we are continually looking for more ways in which we can make a difference. We understand that some business travellers do not have the support of an in-house travel department or travel management company, so we offer a simple range of services including assistance with hotel bookings and onward travel arrangements.”

The service centre offers a meet and greet service in partnership with Gatwick First which includes being accompanied through every aspect of your airport experience and receiving priority check-in to avoid any queuing. The service centre can also give business travellers the option of using Gatwick’s business lounges as well as allowing travellers to use their facilities which include copying, faxing and printing.
