Germanwings returns to normal flight operations on Saturday, after a three-day strike

Germanwings will return to normal flight operations on Saturday after three days of strikes and a significantly reduced flight schedule. From Saturday 5 April, at 12am, the airline will once more be regularly flying all routes. 252 Germanwings flights are now scheduled for Saturday.

During the strike, over 700 Germanwings flights were cancelled; however, more than 600 flights were successfully completed. Germanwings provided their passengers with detailed information prior to the strike called by the pilots' union. As a result, everything remained calm at the airports during the strike.

Germanwings regrets the inconvenience caused to passengers as a result of the strike action.
