Industry leaders express urgency about naming a reopening date to Minister

At the most recent Senior Events Industry Leaders Panel held with the Minister of Tourism, Nigel Huddleston MP, industry leaders voiced their concerns, about the critical importance of a date for reopening to be given, if further damage to an already fragile Industry was to be avoided.

Portugal is open!

Portugal is prepared and open to receive foreign tourists once again. The situation is evolving very positively and the majority of the country will be open as of the 1st of July with minimum restrictions imposed on the population.

Following the release of the 2019 ICCA rankings by number of meetings on 12 May, when ICCA announced a record number of association meetings taking place in 2019, ICCA now releases the public abstract of the 2019 Statistics Report, highlighting major trends in 2019 and the country and city rankings by estimated total number of participants. For the second year in a row, Barcelona tops the city ranking in these charts and U.S.A are still the country titleholders.
