The structured programme, which runs over 12 months, gives mentees regular access to their high profile mentors and also ensures they work together to achieve professional and personal objectives and goals.
Applicants in the second year were up significantly on the first year and it is anticipated over 300 applications will be received for 2017's programme, as the initiative goes from strength to strength.
Past mentees have made substantial gains in their careers including; work place promotions, setting and achieving goals which before appeared unobtainable and increased confidence in both a personal and professional context.
Fay Sharpe, founder of Fast Forward 15, says: “We have another stellar line up of mentors, from Paralympians to industry recognised experts and FTSE100 corporates, who possess significant knowledge and experience to share with our next intake. We've seen huge success stories from the past mentees and I'd encourage any female that is looking to expand their horizons to apply.”
Candidates wishing to apply to be part of Fast Forward 15 should visit: www.fastforward15.co.uk and have until Tuesday 28th February to submit their entry.
