The leading international destination management brand partners with Ken Lyons Communications

Ovation Global DMC, MCI Group’s expert international destination services provider and incoming event organiser, has formed a new partnership with Ken Lyons Communications (KLC). As of January 1st 2017, this new collaboration will further strengthen Ovation’s positioning within the US MICE market, since KLC will be acting as the representative of the company’s following key office locations: Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Denmark and Sweden.

Commenting on the recent developments, Michael Libotte, Managing Director of Ovation Italy stated: “We have identified a strong alignment of Ovation’s core brand values with KLC and for this reason, the synergy between both entities came into existence. This collaboration is viewed as a natural fit as Ovation recognised KLCs’ commitment and experience in the US market. A shared belief in the power of relationships and putting the customer at the centre of everything we do is embedded in our business culture and we are looking forward to add more value to our existing long-term and new partnerships by joining our forces.” As industry leaders, Ovation plays a key role in the meetings and events world. The company has been actively involved with many industry associations for the educational and networking benefits they offer. The benefit from these collaborations and affiliations is enormous and with this in mind we believe in giving back what we get out. Ovation partners are always selected according to strict criteria including industry reputation and legacy, operational excellence and ability to deliver a truly insightful DMC service beyond mere logistics and tactical delivery.
