The event ran between the 28th to the 30th October 2016 at three venues across Wales and Cheshire on consecutive days; Hafren Sweet Lamb Rally Complex near Aberystwyth on day one, Cholmondeley Castle on day two and Llyn Brenig on day three.
Horseradish were responsible for full hospitality delivery including infrastructure, logistics, marketing, sales process, account management, venue dressing and food and liquor service.
The event got off to a spectacular start at Hafren Sweet Lamb where Horseradish delivered hospitality to 110 guests in a converted garage, serving breakfast brioche rolls, a hot buffet lunch and all day refreshments.
Day two saw the fantastic RallyFest stage at the Cholmondeley Castle. Hospitality consisted of a marquee structure accommodating 500 guests across three separate rooms where spectators enjoyed delicious home comforts throughout the day including slow braised rib of beef, homemade sausage rolls and sticky toffee pudding.
Three days of high-octane entertainment reached a climax at with tens of thousands of fans lining the legendary Welsh forests at Llyn Brenig as FIA World Rally Champion Sébastien Ogier sped to a hard-fought success in the series’ closest finish of the year. Here 110 hospitality guests enjoyed a fish and chip lunch from the Horseradish Ti-Pi structure on the shores of the Lake.
