GTMC announces Good Travel Management as newest member

The GTMC today announces that Hull-based travel management company (TMC) Good Travel Management has joined as its newest member. The independent TMC will benefit from a wide range of services and resources available to members including industry networking events and representation at specialist strategy groups.

Established in 1833, the company has a long history of providing leading travel management services to a host of clients. It joins the GTMC as it prepares to rebrand and implement a long term growth strategy in the UK.

Paul Wait, chief executive of the GTMC commented: “We are excited to welcome Good Travel Management to our growing network of TMCs and business travel service providers. With their experience and insight into the corporate travel market both here in the UK and globally we look forward to working with them to share knowledge and continue to demonstrate the value of business travel to their clients and the wider business community.”

Kevin Harrison, managing director, Good Travel Management, added:  “The GTMC is a well-respected and trusted organisation that continues to be a sterling ambassador for business travel both for businesses and at government level. After a record breaking year and as we enter a period of ambitious growth, now is the perfect time for us to join. Collaboration with our industry colleagues is crucial to help shape and drive the industry forward. Our membership coincides with exciting times at Good Travel Management as we unveil a new look for the business and strengthen our senior leadership team on a wider industry platform."

The GTMC’s member companies account for over 80 per cent of all UK expenditure on managed business travel and the quarterly survey monitors a range of services and highlights trends in the business travel sector.
