FCM Travel Essentials is an end-to-end travel solution which addresses the needs of corporate travellers. The range integrates new technology and incorporates a number of elevated services. This includes visa, passport and immigration solutions, travel health consultancy, travel insurance advice, and a support team available 24/7.
FCM Travel Essentials enables the travel management company to create bespoke amenities to meet the particular needs of clients’ travel requirements.

Under its visa, passport and immigration provisions, FCM has introduced an in-house travel visas team, base in its Chancery Lane location in London. From ordering and tracking visas for entry to over 200 countries, to visa pre-check and embassy registration services, all manner of enquiries can be dealt with. This also extends to passport services and immigration solutions.
For its travel health service, FCM has partnered with MASTA (Medical Advisory Service for Travellers Abroad), the UK’s largest private travel clinic network, to provide a comprehensive travel health and media support solution. Travel health risk assessments, vaccinations and occupational health advice are available to clients, along with a digital doctor 365 days a year.
As FCM is part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, clients have access to health clinics located in the Kensington, Richmond and Monument Flight Centre stores in London. A further 17 clinics are scheduled to open at Flight Centre stores across the UK. MASTAS’ 151 UK clinics can also be accessed via FCM Travel Essentials.
FCM Travel Essentials also incorporates travel insurance solutions. Whether through a global preferred supplier, or working with a client’s preferred insurance provide, FCM oversee and implement tailored business travel solutions that ensure travellers are protected.
A business can use FCM Travel Essentials on three different levels, depending on its individual needs;
• Transactional – travel visa advice and assistance with travel visa applications, processing and fulfilment
• Consultancy – data driven evaluation of a businesses needs and provision of a proposal outlining how to meet these needs
• Holistic – tailored data based consultancy outlining bespoke solutions supported by technology for ongoing management of requirements
FCM plans to continue expanding its FCM Travel Essentials service and will be incorporating a travel money component in the next 12 months.
