Following hot on the heels of the last event in April, the latest session on Thursday, 25 August at Whittlebury Hall Conference and Training Centre, Hotel and Spa in Northampton will provide delegates with an invaluable insight into how booking agents select their chosen venues.
The fun and informative day, which will commence with an ‘Agents in the Spotlight’ session that is chaired by Custard Communications’ Managing Director, Petra Clayton, provides the opportunity for delegates to pose questions to leading agencies such as Absolute Corporate Events, Bien Venue Ltd, Ellis Salsby and Choice Locations as well as HRG, Nexus Venues, Pandora Events, Crème Conferences, Meetings Booker and Capita Travel and Events.
Hot topics have previously included discussions surrounding pricing, lead-times, conversion rates, commissions, client confidentiality, building relationships and wildcards as well as tips on responding to the brief in a timely manner.

Attendees will also get the chance to take part in a fun group activity where teams work together to complete a challenge that offers further networking opportunities in a more relaxed environment.
The day concludes with a celebratory drinks reception where the mia will present an award to the winning team.
