EVCOM expands reach into Europe with latest alliances

EVCOM announce two new initiatives which will support members in gaining access to European markets.

Firstly, by becoming a founding member of the LiveCom Alliance, the first pan-European network of event and live communication associations, EVCOM will be able to offer members local expertise, insights and best practice to a global level.

Steve Garvey, EVCOM Chairman commented, “These alliances will lead to increased exposure for EVCOM members in overseas markets and shows the commitment EVCOM has in making its members more successful by offering up new platforms for discussion, networking and promotion. At a time of uncertainty regarding the UK’s participation in the EU, we are keen to strengthen our international relationships regardless of the outcome of the referendum in June.”  

The Alliance provides EVCOM and its members with a range of benefits including:
· access to a global database,
· participation in half yearly Alliance live events,
· participation in major research and benchmark projects, forming the future of the industry,
· improved conditions/reduced fees for key industry events all over Europe.

In the second new initiative, we welcome Live Communication Magazine as an EVCOM official media partner in Europe. Live Communication Magazine, a professional international magazine for the live communications industry, will feature news and profiles of EVCOM members’ activities. The magazine is a unique informational platform bringing together the European industry of live communications and special events. Live Com Magazine has two versions: online (monthly updates) and printed, which is published quarterly (January, April, July, October) with total circulation of 10,000 in Europe and Russia targeting corporate clients, vendors, event professionals and a broad range of readers who are deeply passionate about the world of live communications.  

The Live Magazine provides EVCOM members with the following benefits:
· 20% discount for subscription and advertisement
· free subscriptions for clients of EVCOM members
· coverage of best cases/projects of internationally focused EVCOM members in online and/or in printed version of the magazine
