As the door closes on 2015, it sees drp end the year on a high with increased turnover of over £15 million. The company is hoping to achieve a 20% increase in profit, compared to 2014. The team celebrated its end of year with their Christmas conference and party held in drp’s Worcestershire studios. Studio 1 was themed as ‘Santa’s grotto, where four, behind the scenes, interactive sessions were created for all 172 team members to experience, ranging from health and wellbeing and data security to presentation skills and positive thinking, all led by external professionals.

Group CEO, Dale Parmenter outlined the year and talked about the historic 35th Anniversary celebrations, including the plan for more growth. “2015 has been challenging and a very busy year. We hit a milestone with our 35th and increased team numbers by 30. It’s brilliant we’ve been able to achieve an increase in GP. Although 2015 was a year of hard work, we’ve seen the reward and the team received a bonus this year as a thank you for all their efforts. I’m excited for what’s in store for 2016” says Parmenter.

In the afternoon, drp recognised its top performers with the Brilliance Awards, the agency’s reward and recognition programme. The ICS event team won the anything’s possible team of the year and Production Manager James Nam winning the anything’s possible team member of the year and a trip Chicago. This year will see a continued, active approach to CSR and further growth within the team and investment in resources and facilities.
