Continued expansion triggers HQ move for Redfern

Mark Bowers, CEO
Bradford based Redfern, the UK’s fastest growing business travel company, is continuing its expansion with a move to bigger premises within the city.
The last 12 months have seen the award winning company secure government contracts in excess of £700m alongside substantial wins in the private sector. This rapid growth means that the firm has reached capacity in its current HQ, AIT House.

Determined to stay in Bradford, the city which has been its home since the 1930s, Redfern will be relocating to Shire House in Humboldt Street. The move will give the company space for an additional 65 team members with the potential to house up to another 180 in the coming years.

Mark Bowers, Chief Executive of Redfern, said: “After a busy few years we have outgrown our current premises. It was important to for us to stick to the company’s roots and find the right location in Bradford, and Shire House is ideal. Not only is it central with excellent transport links, it is purpose built and will give Redfern the capacity it needs to continue growing over the coming years.”

Completed in 2005, Shire House is purpose built and won Best New Commercial Building at the Bradford Design Awards 2006. Redfern’s move takes place on December 21.
