HBAA launches charity auction following the Big Site Visit

The HBAA has announced the launch of their online charity auction as a result of their Big Site Visit on 3-7 September. The auction, which will run until the first week of December, invites participants to bid on a range of prizes including fantastic overnight and weekend stays, spa days and fine dining experiences.

Each week the site will auction lots generously provided by HBAA member venues with proceeds being split between two industry foundations - Meeting Needs, which delivers life changing assistance to those in need both in the UK and overseas, and the HBAA Foundation which supports the development and retention of talent in the hospitality and meetings sector.  

Highlights from the first week of the auction include two nights stay at the Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa, two nights stay at the 5* Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria and a Beatles Story one night stay at Malmaison Liverpool.
