US Embassy appoint HRG as travel management company in China

The US Embassy has awarded HRG, the global travel management company, its corporate travel business in China.  The award includes all US consulates across China, covering Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Wuhan and Chengdu.
The business went live at the beginning of September for a five year master contract.  HRG will be providing onsite services and the HRG Classic teams will deliver a service that is both uncompromising and cost effective whilst meeting the needs of VIP clients.

David Radcliffe, Chief Executive of HRG, commented: “We are very proud to announce the US Embassy as one of our newest clients.  It is another progressive step for us as we continue to grow our global government services.”

“The business was awarded to HRG because of our expertise and knowledge in this specialist sector.  And we will be measured on our excellent customer service together with our ability to provide a truly one stop shop for embassy and consulate travellers. I have no doubt that the US Embassy will quickly enjoy the benefits of working with us whilst we establish the benchmark in the region for comprehensive global travel management for government.”
