100 guests joined the crew aboard the Thames Luxury Charters vessel M.V. Erasmus for a Japanese themed journey. Enjoying an evening of assorted sushi, served from a sushi conveyer belt, as well as a BBQ, passengers were also able to partake in origami making classes and live entertainment courtesy of a Saxophonist and DJ.
A Champagne and cocktail reception was held on the Erasmus before departing Butlers Wharf Pier and taking party goers on a three hour voyage along the Thames.
While surrounded by the London skyline, guests were treated to a Japanese food station featuring freshly prepared Miso marinated baby back ribs; Yuzu Kosho chicken yakitori; Mirin glazed salmon; Japanese beef yakiniku and vegetable teriyaki. All were served with a choice of Sunomono, Goma-ae and mixed leaf salads. A selection of assorted sweet sushi canapé desserts were also available and served from the sushi conveyer belt.
