Seven Park Place by William Drabble
St James Hotel and Club, five-star boutique hotel located in quiet cul-de-sac in Mayfair, have appointed GribbonBerry to handle their international Public Relations for the hotel and in-house Michelin-Starred restaurant, Seven Park Place by William Drabble. The brand has built its excellent reputation up as a hotel and restaurant with a sincere and intuitive approach to hospitality, inspiring a sense of belonging.

Seven Park Place By William Drabble is an intimate and stylish restaurant, created by Executive Chef William Drabble. William, known as ‘Billy’, has created his own inimitable style menu, influenced by classic French cuisine but made using the very best British produce. One of the smallest Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, all staff ensure a personalised and professional experience with extensive knowledge and recommendations. Billy, who prides himself on his excellent supplier relationships, particularly loves to cook with the freshest lobster and Lune Valley lamb, which can both be found on his menu all year round, with varying seasonal accompaniments.

At William’s Bar and Bistro, also in the hotel, you will find the local Mayfair crowd enjoying beautiful cocktails, a more informal lunch of breakfast. All of the dining for the private events spaces and in-room also comes from the Michelin-starred kitchen.

St James Hotel and Club is a member of Althoff Collection and Small Luxury Hotels. The hotel is home to 60 beautiful bedrooms and suites, many with spacious terraces, the restaurant, bar and beautifully designed, intimate events spaces.

The Penthouse Suite has a private lift and occupies the entire seventh floor of the hotel, measuring 130 square metres. It has played home to the rich and famous and features two large bedrooms, two sitting rooms and 50 square foot private terrace.

Renowned German designer Anne Marie Jagdfeld (Hotel Adlon, Berlin; Meissen) is responsible for the hotel’s design. The palette throughout is a subtle spectrum of soothing neutrals, with a strong period flavour. Handmade silk wallpaper adorns the walls, handcrafted Murano glass chandeliers hang from the ceilings and guests sleep on the finest Hypnos mattresses, also used by the Royal Family.

Alongside its stylish interiors, the hotel and club boast an impressive private art collection of more than 450 paintings, pictures and sculptures called The Rosenstein Collection. The collection dates from 1920 to 1950 and showcases fine examples of Impressionist, Expression and Cubist work from across Europe.

St James Hotel & Club is situated just off St James’ Street, a stone’s throw away from London’s most exclusive shopping destinations, New Bond Street and Jermyn Street. Green Park is also easily accessible through at secret shortcut via one of the hotel’s back entrances.

St. James Club has a rich history dating back to 1857 and although it has changed home and décor several times, it still takes pride in maintaining the traditions of service, comfort and hospitality of its forbearers. In addition to the club at the hotel, there is a reciprocal arrangement in place with over 500 private members clubs worldwide and members enjoy VIP status and numerous benefits at each.

Iqraa Mansha, owner of St. James Hotel and Club said of the appointment: ‘GribbonBerry’s impeccable luxury and consumer experience, combined with their energetic and creative approach, made them the perfect partner to help propel our brands forward.’
