Lausanne Tourisme and Convention Bureau appoints Mexia Watterston Mills partners for PR and representation

Lausanne Tourisme and Convention Bureau has appointed two partners from the Mexia Watterston Mills (MWM) alliance to represent the destination for meetings and events PR and lead generation focused on the association sector. Following a joint bid under the MWM alliance, Mexia Communications has been awarded the contract for PR while Watterston Associates will represent Lausanne Tourisme and Convention Bureau in the international association sector.

Olivier Mathieu, Congress and Meetings Manager at Lausanne Tourisme and Convention Bureau, says: “We were looking for real expertise in the association sector and wanted to combine strong lead generation with longer-term profile building for our brand in the meetings industry. The combination of Watterston Associates and Mexia Communications under the MWM alliance provided a great solution for us and we are delighted to be working with both to develop our meetings sector business.”
