Sofitel London St James appoints PRCo as the PR representatives

PRCo has announced its appointment to represent the food and beverage department at Sofitel London St James. Offering a variety of dining options, including The Balcon, The Rose Lounge and The St James Bar, the five-star hotel appeals to those seeking an experience in French modernism and British old world elegance, as well as having one of the most prestigious hotel addresses in London.

The Balcon - Masterminded by head Chef Vincent Ménager, The Balcon - Sofitel London St James’- signature restaurant, showcases a selection of dining options that take inspiration from a Parisian brasserie and incorporate the best of seasonal British produce. The Balcon offers the “De- Light” menu, which consists of dishes carefully crafted to deliver maximum flavour in three courses, under 500 calories. The “Tray Rapide” menu includes a three-course lunch that can be enjoyed in less than forty-five minutes. The all-day “Small Plates” menu is designed for diners looking for delicacious and fun sharing options. The restaurant’s Charcuterie Bar is the perfect spot for sampling some of the best British and French cured meats.  

The Rose Lounge - The hotel’s elegant library is a sanctuary in the heart of London where guests can enjoy Afternoon Tea accompanied by the delicate notes of a harp. Warmed scones served with rose scented raspberry jam, lemon curd and Devonshire clotted cream, an assortment of traditional finger sandwiches and French pastries are all part of this quintessentially British tradition with a French twist.  

The St James Bar - Taking inspiration from Coco Chanel’s 1920 apartment, the St James Bar features walnut-framed panels of lilac silk, black chinoiseries, French antique gilt chairs and contemporary prints by Blek le Rat. The Bar features a playful seasonal cocktail menu, sharing plates and bar snacks.
