Wilkinson returns to Zibrant

Hannah Wilkinson is returning to Zibrant, following her recent departure from Grass Roots Meetings and Events, to take up the role of director of business strategy in the recently launched association services team.
In her new role, Hannah will be responsible for healthcare strategy for association services, congresses, specialist events and the Healthcare Meetings Forum. Additionally she will also lead on new business and client development for healthcare.

Commenting on her new role, Hannah said: “I’m very excited to return to Zibrant, bringing a fresh approach to the meetings management division and growing the healthcare portfolio, which has always been an integral part of the company’s business. There is a considerable wealth of talent in the meetings management team and I look forward to working with them to nurture client relationships, drive new business and develop a bold strategy which appeals to a competitive marketplace.”

The appointment marks the culmination of a process to implement a new sales and client management structure, to reinforce and emphasise Zibrant’s ethos of putting the needs of the client at the forefront of the business. This approach will be further augmented by a growth in production services under the new leadership of Mark Rose, director of operations at Zibrant LIVE! ensuring the organisation is offering a universal service.

Hannah will work closely with the Associations service team, which is a major focus for Zibrant in 2015 following the appointment last November of Caroline MacKenzie and Susan Hayden, formerly of Contendam, who will bring their considerable expertise to this fast-growing market.

Commenting on the new appointments and structure, Fay Sharpe, managing director of Zibrant said: “I am delighted to welcome Hannah Wilkinson back to Zibrant to take up the helm of a key focus for Zibrant over the coming year. Her return brings essential experience and expertise which will help us grow and develop our business going forward.”
