Hotel solutions provider HRS expands international management team as it opens New York office

As it opens its latest office in New York this month, hotel solutions provider HRS has expanded its international management team with the appointment of Suzanne Neufang and Lukasz Dabrowski.
The addition of its New York office will enable HRS to develop the American market for corporate customers and hotel partners.  This, along with the appointment of two industry experts sets HRS firmly on course for further global expansion.

Suzanne Neufang has been running the Americas region as Vice President from the new HRS office in New York since 1 March. The region comprises the North and South American market. As former CEO of the online booking tool GetThere and president of the global business travel association ACTE Global, Neufang is well-known and well-respected in the business travel industry.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in e-commerce and was amongst the 'Top 30 Influencers' of the industry in 2013. By entering the market in the Americas region, HRS will directly offer its HRS Corporate brand to all US businesses as well as the companies in the North American market to further optimise their travel management. International hotel partners are also set to benefit from HRS’ presence in the Americas region. Suzanne Neufang completes the multinational management team of the HRS corporate customer sector alongside Kimi Jiang (Asia Pacific region) and Mathias Warns (EMEA).

Meanwhile, from 1 April, Lukasz Dabrowski will take up the reigns as Senior Vice President Hotel Solutions, responsible for the cooperation with hotel partners in the HRS GROUP. Five years ago, Dabrowski started his career at HRS as General Manager Poland and was also responsible for the whole Central and Eastern Europe region. Under his management, HRS has become the best-known brand and second-largest platform in the Polish market as well as the clear market leader in the corporate segment.

With his many years of specialised knowledge, huge international experience, sales strength and his outstanding management competences, he will further develop the Hotel Solutions sector globally. In his new role, Dabrowski replaces Johannes Fuhr who has successfully expanded this sector in the past three years. One of the many milestones was that HRS, Tiscover and HOTEL DE have grown together into the HRS GROUP. Fuhr will stay with HRS and will take over special projects in a consulting function.

"I am pleased to welcome Suzanne Neufang and Lukasz Dabrowski onto HRS’ international management team. They are true experts, and I wish them both great success with the tasks ahead of them", said CEO Tobias Ragge. "Apart from their specialist competence, both know how to think and act globally. That will help us in our further expansion."
