The new organisational structure will see the creation of key roles, which place a dual focus on client development and retention alongside continued operational excellence. Alex James has been promoted to director of client engagement and will be responsible for Zibrant’s ongoing relationships with key accounts and establishing relationships with new contract wins. Jon Harrison returns to Zibrant as operations director, Venues while the newly created commercial director role will be taken on by Adam Morris.

Further promotions include Jo Beeson, Emma Hayward and Gemma Parkin to Account Directors, Sandra Collins to Head of Strategic communications and Katie Duckett to Business Development Manager. In addition Jennifer Munro returns to Zibrant after maternity leave as Business Development Director.
Richard Parker, currently director of healthcare strategy, and Jacqueline Freer, Head of Client Services, Sales, will be leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.
