Zibrant powers up senior structure

Zibrant has announced a new senior team structure following a successful review of its brand architecture that enables clients to easily identify Zibrant’s core services.
The new organisational structure will see the creation of key roles, which place a dual focus on client development and retention alongside continued operational excellence. Alex James has been promoted to director of client engagement and will be responsible for Zibrant’s ongoing relationships with key accounts and establishing relationships with new contract wins.  Jon Harrison returns to Zibrant as operations director, Venues while the newly created commercial director role will be taken on by Adam Morris.

Commenting on his new role, Alex James said: “I’m incredibly excited to take up this new role and work closely with such an experienced and dynamic team to ensure that we always deliver the very best experience to our clients as well as focusing on nurturing our new clients to create strong partnerships. The clear delineation between Zibrant Venues, Meetings Management and Zibrant LIVE! showcases our expertise and demonstrates the broad range of services we offer to corporates.”

Further promotions include Jo Beeson, Emma Hayward and Gemma Parkin to Account Directors, Sandra Collins to Head of Strategic  communications and Katie Duckett to Business Development Manager.  In addition Jennifer Munro returns to Zibrant after maternity leave as Business Development Director.

Richard Parker, currently director of healthcare strategy, and Jacqueline Freer, Head of Client Services, Sales, will be leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.

Zibrant has had a great start to 2015 with multiple client wins and the realignment of the organizational structure reflects our strategic growth and growing client relationships. The creation of additional operational roles, including event producers, highlights how the company has asserted itself at the fire in the live experiences and creative communications sector.

Managing director, Fay Sharpe, said "I'm delighted to have Alex in such a key role and also wish Jacquie and Richard success after their commitment to Zibrant. Our new brand alignment, coupled with a customer-centric structure and creative approach are already paying dividends. It's the clients that sit at the heart of our business and our collaborative partnership approach enables us to fully understand their brand and strategies to deliver award winning events, while challenging them with fresh creative boundaries.”
