New image launched as agency enters fourth decade

Leading meetings & travel management company Inntel has refreshed its brand image to coincide with 30th birthday celebrations. The new look includes a sharper, more contemporary version of the Inntel logo and a striking new icon - the Inntel Iris – which represents the different aspects of Inntel’s service blended together to create a tailored package for clients.

The new graphics are being introduced across all company literature and website.

“Our identity reflects the values that are driving the company’s success” explains Inntel MD Douglas O’Neill. “It’s intended to demonstrate that whatever we do, we do well, and to highlight our three key differentiators of accountability, spend management and compliance.”

Douglas believes the secret of Inntel’s success lies in its people. “Earlier this year we organised a series of internal workshops to explore the Inntel ‘personality’ and from those discussions we created a series of people-focused values. Each tells you something about who we are, how we behave and what our customers, suppliers and the industry in general can expect from us, namely that we’re perfectionists, entrepreneurs, experts and fixers.”

“Inntel has evolved over the last 30 years” says O’Neill. “We are now marketing the experience we’ve gathered during this time to become a brand that our clients trust. We’ve improved as we’ve learned, and this new look hopefully shows that.”
