It manages all kinds of ground transport

A massive advantage brought to business by IT networking is the grouping of individual smaller units into a unified very widespread service, no matter where they are located.
An example of that is It was founded in 2005 in Birkenhead near Liverpool in North West England in order to provide a fully managed ground transport service for corporate clients.

It now has a staff of 65, serves 80 public and private sector clients and can use a network of 1,000 approved transport suppliers across the UK with over 100,000 vehicles. It manages needs for not only taxis, but also mixed fleet coaches, executive cars and private hire transport.

Its clients range from Virgin Trains and Channel 4 News to HM Prison Service and the NHS.

Eight months ago received a grant from the Regional Growth Fund which has helped it to grow rapidly. This year it has taken on 20 new members of staff and is now recruiting a further ten.

Sales revenue for the first six months of this year was up by £1m, representing a 12.5% increase.

Chris Jordan, MD of, says:’By 2018 we want to turn our business into a global brand, growing from sales of £15m to £50m, increasing our staff numbers from 65 last year to 125’.
